Contact Us

We’re happy to hear from you — whether you found a file that won’t convert, have an idea for a new feature, or want to ask about privacy or advertising.

Before you write

• Conversion problems: tell us your browser and version, your device, the file format and approximate size, and any error message shown. Please don’t attach private recordings — a description is usually enough, and we never need your files to help.
• Protected files: files with DRM (for example old iTunes .m4p purchases or streaming downloads) cannot be converted by any legitimate tool.
• Common answers: many questions are covered in the FAQ on the M4A to MP3 page and in our guides.
